If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations may be subject to a 20% cancellation fee.
If additional cleaning is required beyond the selected service, additional charges may apply with your approval.
Our staff are employed and trained by Homelly. Customers agree not to directly hire, employ, or engage any Homelly staff member for private cleaning services during the service period and for 12 months after the last service without Homelly's written consent.
By completing your booking, you confirm that you have read and agree to our Terms & Conditions, including our policy prohibiting the direct hiring of Homelly staff.
